Morning Reflections Part II

September 28, 2011 by Jason Hines

Here’s another shot from my morning at Watson Lake. About 30 minutes after I started shooting, I saw another photographer climbing his way along the rocks in the distance. We shouted greetings to each other across the rock faces and took the obligatory “I’m shooting you while you’re shooting me” shot. I took this one not long after.

The reflections and stillness of the water are amazing Jason. Great colors too.

Another great reflection shot Jason! Beautiful work. How do you like the D700?? I was so tempted to pick one up this weekend, at the airport of all places – price was pretty damn good. I decided I’ll wait for the D800 and used the money that was burning a hole in my pocket to buy a new Gitzo travel tripod!

OMG another fantastic shot. I love the reflection and the color but the photographer in the distance really brings out the “man against nature” theme. Well done!
